Always On Display & Notifications For Galaxy S7 & Edge Work With Samsung Default System Apps
Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge both offer a new feature which is Always on Display, that shows clock, calendar and notifications from system apps, even the phone is locked.
This is something very new for Samsung users S7FanClub.com, however this feature was available for LG users for quite a long time. Even Nokia’s S60 Symbian devices in the past offered always on display.
The only bad thing which we have confirmed about always on notification feature of Samsung is its availability for samsung’s default system apps only. No third party app will be able to display notifications on the locked screen.
